SECOND SURGICAL TUTORIAL IN THE CITY OF MEDELLÍN

Program for the SURGICAL TUTORIAL course on TECHNIQUES IN RECONSTRUCTIVE AND LIMB LENGTHENING SURGERY.

February 6 to 10, 2017 Medellín, Colombia.

CORA GROUP

The Center of Excellence in Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery and Bone Lengthening arises from the constant need to provide a quality service to the population that requires complex orthopedic surgery treatments, in a universal, equitable and efficient way with innovative techniques that allow them to be at the forefront of the highest global standards. In 2015, with the alliance of great orthopedic professors, a world reference center was established that allows the care of patients with pathologies of difficult resolution, even with criteria for some schools of ablative treatments. CORA Group considers as one of its working principles the teaching and dissemination of appropriate knowledge and the necessary surgical skills that enable orthopedic surgeons and traumatologists to resolve these increasingly common complex pathologies.

Dear colleague

We cordially welcome you to the 2nd. SURGICAL TUTORIAL OF TECHNIQUES IN RECONSTRUCTIVE LIMB SURGERY. We hope that your expectations will be met during these 5 days. Likewise, we invite you to commit, to make this course “YOUR COURSE”, and to take advantage of the opportunity of this meeting to strengthen scientific-academic and friendly ties; as well as to allow for an enriching exchange that generates knowledge for everyone. The team of professors and instructors at CORA Group has invested a significant effort to bring you the widest range of cases in a short time, hoping that this unique opportunity will truly be an enriching experience. During this time we will see topics on complex limb reconstruction, a decantation of more than 20 years of experience from the professors, so the work will be continuous and dense. Do not hesitate at any time to ask questions that may arise, comments and/or contributions that you consider pertinent. Remember that a doubt in the principles can affect the understanding of the entire process. Clínica Rosario Tesoro in alliance with CORA Group as a high-complexity center has allowed us its spaces for this activity. Please follow the instructions of the instructors throughout the process in order not to break any patient care safety protocols. Once again we ask you to feel at home, our resources are at your disposal so that you take all the necessary tools to improve the care and resolution capacity of cases in your daily practice.
