The Super Academic Week 2025 – Extremity Reconstruction World Course was held from November 10 to 14, 2025, both in person and online, and was organized by the expert group Global Extremities Recon.
The course focused on the most relevant advances in extremity reconstruction, including advanced surgical techniques, presentation of real clinical cases, updates on reconstructive materials and technologies, and review of modern management protocols.

One of the most notable aspects was the official simultaneous translation, which allowed smooth participation from attendees of different countries and languages.

For several days, Medellín became an international academic hub, where we shared knowledge, techniques, and clinical experience with guests from the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
This event, led by Dr. León Mora and CORA Group, reaffirmed our commitment to academic excellence, surgical innovation, and the development of high-level training programs for specialists in reconstruction, limb lengthening, deformity correction, complex trauma, and osseointegration.
